Yes. Sample cost is paid upfront and credited back against your bulk order. Samples ship by DHL/FedEx, usually within 3–7 days.
Standard: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. We accept T/T bank transfer. Other arrangements for repeat customers — discuss with us.
Stock items: 7–15 days. Regular production orders: 25–35 days depending on quantity and finishing. Peak season (before Chinese New Year) books earlier — plan ahead.
Every order goes through assembly check, water pressure and leakage testing at the factory. You receive inspection photos and videos before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS etc.) welcome — we coordinate on-site.
